Bamboo Forest is a High Energy Party Band that specializes in music and formalities tailored to wedding receptions, private parties, corporate events, and fund raisers. The Memphis, TN based super group has performed for hundreds of formal events in the Mid-South and Nationwide over the past 20 years. They are composed of high quality, experienced, refined musicians that can entertain and bring to life the most demanding audiences. The group performs under the direction of an experienced Bandleader who ensures that all your requests and expectations are met.
Bamboo Forest consists of 3 female front lead vocalists and 1 dynamic male lead vocalist backed by a 4 piece rhythm section and 4 horn player. The performers possess a wide range of vocal and musical styles, satisfying the varied musical tastes of all ages. They perform the music that you and your guests want to hear, and they do it at a volume level that is acceptable to all. They offer a wide selection of R&B, Motown Funk, Disco, Classic Rock Oldies, Fifties, Blues, Swing/Big Band and Jazz Standards.
7 piece base band (3 female lead vocalists, male lead vocalist on keys, drums, bass & guitar)

"I just got the video from Kate & Michael’s wedding, Bamboo Forest were fantastic. The video really showcased their talent. I can’t tell you how many compliments we received about them!! Everyone didn’t want to leave the dance floor. The father & daughter song was a bit non-traditional “That’s My Daughter” by Loudon Wainwright III, but it was terrific. The historic house was the perfect setting for them. We can’t say enough wonderful things about every member of the band. The lady drummer was great, as were the singers.
